  1. Hello,

What a great idea for a blog! I have a question for you.
I recently bought a mac. I have heard that they generally don’t get viruses. Does this mean that my computer will be safe without installing any virus protection software? If I wanted to be extra safe, would a product like Norton Antivirus or McAfee work on a mac?

    Thank you!

  2. Hi,

I recently learned about a service called gotomypc.com which allows you to access your home pc from any remote location. First, I am wondering if you could explain how it works. Second, do you think that in the near future, companies will start to block workers from accessing this type of service during the work day? Is it something employers should be worried about?

  3. Do you recommend plugging your laptop into a power source whenever one is available? This is a question I’ve got mixed responses on from different people. Some people say that constantly plugging your computer in weakens its battery because it comes to rely on being plugged in. Others say that using your battery too often weakens it, because it can only be recharged a certain number of times. What do you know/think?

  4. I splashed some milk on my computer screen today. I instantly wiped it with paper towel but now I have a small smudge. Would now dabbing my screen with a wet paper towel be a bad idea? What is the best way to clean a computer screen?
